We offer a 30-day return window for all accessories in original packaging. For bicycles, if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will work with you to find a solution or provide a refund, though return shipping fees may apply.

Do Brooklyn Bicycle Co. bikes come with a warranty?

Yes, all our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are generally covered for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I determine which frame size is right for me?

Each product page features a detailed size guide based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or reaching out to our team for a personalized recommendation.

What shipping methods do you offer for parts and accessories?

We ship accessories via standard ground shipping across the continental United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
